ABOUT THIS FUNCTION
As a Wedding Coordinator, you are the dedicated point of contact for couples wishing to marry within Destiny. You guide them through all the practical steps toward their wedding day and marriage course.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
First, you discuss whether the desired wedding date is available. You inform the couple about what is possible within our building. You schedule the marriage course well in advance, ensuring it is completed at least two weeks before the wedding. You match the couple with the people facilitating the marriage course. You ensure that course booklets and necessary information are ready. You keep track of important dates and appointments and pass them on to those involved.
DOES THIS SUIT YOU?
You are organized, reliable, and clear in your communication. You maintain an overview, follow up on agreements well, and enjoy being a consistent point of contact for people.
