ABOUT THIS FUNCTION
Our municipality is growing. That is wonderful, but as a result, people can sometimes more easily slip out of sight. Within the Municipal Care Team, we help to stay in touch and let people know they are being seen.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Contacting someone we haven't seen in a while. Just asking how someone is doing. Giving attention to someone who is ill or going through a difficult period. Sending a card, making a phone call, or another friendly gesture. Letting someone know they are missed and still belong to the community.
DOES THIS SUIT YOU?
You have a warm heart for people and a genuine interest in how they are doing. You are friendly, involved, and compassionate, and as a brother or sister, you enjoy simply giving a bit of personal attention.
WHY YOU MATTER
As a community grows, we don't want people to quietly slip out of sight. We want to stay in touch, hear how someone is doing, and let them know: we see you and you belong. Sometimes it doesn't take much at all. A phone call, a short message, or a kind gesture can mean a lot.
